So disappointed by lack of response from customer service. I have always bought Brabantia products because of their high quality and reliability. This is the first time that I have had a problem with our bin and expected at least a response from the customer centre. Not the level of service I expect from a trusted brand on a product that is still relatively new!

Had such a fantastic service from the customer services team at Brabantia (Sasha and Lucie). They replaced a size C board that was a gift and as a result something for which we had no receipt, which had failed on a weld. Several years old and had plenty of use but Brabantia have excellent standards and guarantees. First class service and very professional throughout - something to be applauded in this throw away age.

Amazing!
I have several Brabantia items -ironing board, bins ,bread bin and I am happy with them all. My ironing board very surprisingly developed a fault , so I contacted them, sent a photo and within a couple of days a new board is being sent. What a great company!

Service from Kevin and the guys at Brabantia was amazing!
No long waiting on the line whenever I call, they’re very polite and professional, they tell you what information you need to supply them and as long as you email your information to them it’s dealt with quickly with no quibbles.
I’ve no idea if I was dealt with so fast because they’re just on the ball or if it’s because people hardly get faults with their products, but either way you know you’re getting a quality product and quality service.
Just goes to show you get what you pay for sometimes regarding the price, and 10 years warrantee shows confidence in their product and is not to be sniffed at.

Excellent customer service response

I tried to order a replacement bin lid on the Brabantia website but I was unable to put the item in the cart. It did not tell me that it was out of stock so I emailed them and within 24 hours had a link sent to me by Sacha where I was able to order the item from their ebay shop. Brilliant!

I contacted Brabantia as a small part had come off my ironing board that I didn't know what it was for and how to put it back in position! Brabantia responded really promptly and kindly shared a picture of where it should go and informed me of its purpose. Super helpful and very kind!
